An 18-month Erasmus+ Small-Scale Partnership uniting four countries — Portugal, Türkiye, North Macedonia, and Belgium — to rebuild education around narrative, imagination, and the most powerful new tools of our time.
In an era of information overload and shrinking attention spans, traditional teaching methods struggle to compete with the multimedia content students live in. StoryLab equips teachers with digital storytelling skills that captivate students, hold their attention, and transform lessons into compelling narratives that build emotional connection, curiosity, and critical thinking.
The project addresses three Erasmus+ priorities at once: digital transformation, support for teachers, and the development of key competences. As the AI & Digital Training Leader, G&M Projects (through its branch Vision Tree) leads the development of digital literacy modules and AI training programs that equip educators to embed storytelling and artificial intelligence — responsibly, in line with the EU AI Act — into daily teaching practice.
The result: more engaging, inclusive, and future-proof classrooms across four European countries, with measurable gains in teacher confidence, student engagement, and digital readiness.
Every deliverable is designed to leave the project and live inside real schools, real lessons, and real teacher routines.
